A
once in a 50 year experience
A special invitation from our
Executive Director

Dear friends of
Redwood Glen,
The first campers of
our 50th anniversary summer
arrive this Sunday afternoon for Discovery Camp. It's now less
than 3 weeks
until our huge 50th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, June 28th.
If you have not made plans to join us on
this
historic day, I would invite you to consider coming for all or part of
the
festivities and celebration.
We've been networking
with previous staff and directors,
camper alumni, founding churches, former counselors and summer camp
directors,
former summer staff, and many of the people who made Redwood Glen a
reality of
the dream of a group of pastors in the Bay Area in 1958.
The 28th is filled
with special presentations,
opportunities to see people from your special years here at Redwood
Glen, and
to hear historical memories and information, along with the vision of
the camp
for the next 10 years. Below we feature information
about the various activities for our 50th. I hope
many of you will be able to join us
and help us celebrate what God has done, is doing, and will do within
the
ministry of Redwood Glen.
Blessings,
Jay E. Nordgaard

not only features good music, but also features dance, puppets, and
sign language, with the characters wanting to be the best, but learning

the years.
