Work Day at Redwood Glen is an annual event, where supporters of the
camp help the staff give the grounds a good "spring cleaning" and
prepare the camp for the busyness of the summer.
No special
skills required -- only a willing heart to serve.
Volunteers are
encouraged to bring work gloves, work shoes, and work clothes as you
will get dirty.

1st
When you RSVP, please let us know: (1) how many
people are coming, (2) what church you are from, (3) whether you will
come only for the day or you will need lodging Friday night, (4) if you
plan to join us for 8:00 a.m. breakfast.

Ready for some summer FUN?
Do we have a summer special for you!

These kids have something to smile about --
they are having a fun time at Redwood Glen summer camp. And for
under $200 a week, that calls for getting a little silly. Check out our
summer camp video.

There are many reasons why a week of camp is good for a child.
Studies show that kids develop greater self-esteem, build friendships,
and learn the value of cooperation. Christian camp adds the
"faith factor" as children learn about God and are taught biblical
values through Christ-centered community and teaching.
At Redwood Glen, we summarize the reason it is important to send a
child to camp in one word: FUN! Camp is FUN
for it fosters:
F = Fellowship as a safe
environment is built by the counselors and staff so that all children
and youth who come to Redwood Glen may experience the love of God.
U = Understanding as our campers come from churches throughout
Northern and Central California, and represent a diversity of racial,
cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

N = an appreciation for Nature
is also an important dimension of camp. Nestled in the coastal
redwoods, Redwood Glen provides the perfect place for young people to
experience and explore the awesome beauty and mystery of God's
creation.
To put it simply, camp is FUN! And at under
$200, Redwood Glen's summer camps are a great
value. With our vision to leave "no child left inside," our
registration costs reflect our commitment to make camp
affordable. A range of specialty camps offers children and youth
a week of learning and growth which fits their needs. (See the

PASTOR: You
deserve a break
In
appreciation of those who serve in church ministry, Redwood Glen offers
an annual Sabbath Week for pastors and their families
to get away, rest, and refuel amid the beauty of the redwoods.
With lodging in our Siden Conference Center, meals at our Smith Dining
Hall, and access to all our recreational facilities, Sunday
June 19th to Friday, June 23rd is the perfect week for a much
needed (and very inexpensive) vacation.
